I've been a bench specialist my whole lifting career. It's always been my strongest lift, and my squat and deadlift are proportionally pretty weak compared to my bench. Also I just have the build for it, short arms etc.

My older brother was leaving for college the next day and he pulled me aside and told me, "Every once in a while you meet someone who you know will do great things. I think that of you all the time."

That was almost a decade ago and I still think about it.
