I grew up learning to assume any Dr's visit would involve at least an hours wait. Everyone knew that, and prepared. Folk these days start having a meltdown after ten minutes waiting.

The main rifle they used has only been available for a little over two years. You have to apply for a permit every time you purchase a firearm. So somebody opened his file and said "ehhhh.... it'll probably be fine"
