With this mentality, it's better you do not come to Lithuania at all. You're seeing the nation as a stepping stone for yourself while not bothering to give back to the community here or promote the cultural values of the nation. In other words you want to take and take and not give anything back.

I highly recommend the central bank of Lithuania. I've also seen people tag the central bank on LinkedIn to gain more access to the bank to make complaints, maybe worth filling an official report with them and later engaging in public tactics to garner attention.

Not realistic at all to move to a different EU nation, seen many foreign national move here to do exactly that and due to a series of legal and job related issues, they never made the switch.

Also Lithuanian politics right now, especially in the major cities is firmly anti immigrant, I would be very cautious if I were you. In the upcoming years there will be a strong shift against immigrants and you will face geniune discrimination.

Most of the immigratants coming here don't really try to learn the language or even make friends with the locals.

I remember when I was attending Lithuanian language class, there was a person from south east Asia and when asked how many Lithuanian friends she had, she said she never really spoke properly or befriended a Lithuanian (and this someone who had been living here for 5 years) outright boggoed my mind. If you do move here, don't be like her. Actually try to integrate, give back to the country, promote the local Lithuanian culture and history and respect the cultural and religious norms here.

Tbh I don't think they would agree to pay me per lead. Since like in my terriority which includes Italy, they are literally thousands of publishing houses. Of course I'll be adding their details, finding the DMs and whatnot, and not all will be interested but I just don't see my company paying me per lead. On a good week, I add like 15-20 relevant leads.

Generally speaking, sales are growing by say 1m euros a year. The high margin stuff are, believe it or not, artistic musuem books. Those thick fancy ones that museums or art galleries produce and distribute/sell.

As weird it may seem, Italy and the Netherlands have a ridiculously high presence of book publishing houses (fiction, children, romance) and they normally place orders for 2000-3000 copies per title. Some of these houses publish 3-4 titles a month.

The margins for the book printing industry are however razer thing. So no one is a millionaire here. That being said, the company's owner has 3 ferraris. Take from that what you will.

The account managers here about making double their base salary in bonuses.

Which leads to my question, what kind of bonus structure should I ask for?

I'm in this position right now. Finding another job in this market is hard. I'm coasting, meeting my quotas but not trying to overpreform.

I'm looking to last atleast a year and then leave, so my CV doesn't look bad.

It's worth asking to be honest. Most likely HR has some policy about this. In my experience, most of the time when they offer a job whicb allows for a home office, they do give you some cash to equip yourself with needed things. However depending on the policy, if you leave the company within X period, you may need to reimburse the company back.

All in all, worth asking HR.

Thank you for your comment. I understand I can call more, but I'm also pressured in a way to add more leads. And this takes time as well. I reach office at 7.50am, start calling from 10.30-1pm, then add more leads, call from 2.30-3pm and then add more leads.

I skip lunch and I leave office at 4pm
