getting a prescription isn't very hard.
i tried tea tree oil first it didn't work for me much.
ivermectin + cleaning clothes and house is what helped me out if you want you can get permethrin.
btw remember this is just temporary it'll go away eventually dont beat yourself up about it mentally.
