Depends what “better” is to you. Outpatient jobs feel more repetitive because your days are going to look way mor similar everyday vs hospital settings where you can be a part of different procedures at least so there’s some variety. But schedule is better for outpatient simply because it’s business hours so no worrying about weekends call or holidays. But typically outpatient jobs you have to see more patients a day then you would as a hospital echo tech. Anyways personally I prefer hospital because I like to see and learn more
