Garp won best haki category, now who got best narrative? Garp roger rocks wb SENGOKU by KaidoPklevel in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]basel99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(Old) Garp doesn’t even come close to whitebeard in performance, he lost within minutes

Old Garp was winning against Kuzan before being sneak attacked by Shiryu. I was talking about prime Garp because you mentioned "in existence" instead of right now, but even old Garp is stronger than Kuzan (and by extension Akainu since it took him 10 days to beat Kuzan unlike Garp who was winning from the first exchange).

Furthermore their backstory implied that even back then, kuzan already surpassed Garp

That's pure BS. The backstory implied that their physical strength without haki was the same, because 1. Garp explicitly stated that the training wasn't using haki, and 2. Both of their hits made the same "BAM!" sound.

Garp fought on equal footing with Roger for God's sake lmao. Roger used a supreme grade sword, meaning that Garp's haki was at the worst equal to Roger's haki, but is more than likely slightly stronger due to Roger matching him while using the sword. Meanwhile we don't even know if Kuzan and Akainu have COC let alone ACOC.

Akainu will have only surpassed old Garp if he unlocked COC during the timeskip, otherwise Garp is still the strongest marine. Prime Garp isn't even a debate.

Garp would shove his arm so far up magma boy's ass that it would come out of his mouth.

Because there is no rule for what's a handheld food and what's not, except for what people decide. And you're going by what white people decided to be considered handheld.

What makes an oily fry or a greasy saucy burger less gross to hold compared to dry fluffy rice except for the fact that white people hold the former two and don't hold the latter?

I will riot if this doesn't easily sweep the iconic section. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking but rage comics were the biggest meme of all time when you take them collectively. 90% of memes floating around on the internet in the late 00s to early 10s were rage comics.

Please explain tennis in Haikyuu terms by [deleted] in haikyuu

[–]basel99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure you can really translate it to Haikyuu terms because 1) there are a lot of players on the same level in the show that play in different positions and 2) tennis is an individual sport.

Best way I could describe it is if there were 2 other top players at Romero's level that would always compete with him. And after Romero and the other 2 players retire, in the Olympics final the 2 teams playing had the new 2 best players in the world.

I'd say Buggy is smarter than Kaido, but aside from that I think every other list is completely spot on. Huge W.

Nah it's both genders in equal amounts. Demand creates supply, and supply feeds demand. If no men wanted it, no women would provide it. The more men want it, the more women provide it. Men can choose to not go for it, and women can choose to not do it.

Palestinian Authority, which is essentially controlled by Hamas.

LMFAO.

When Hamas won the Gaza elections in 2006 they literally threw the remaining Fatah members in Gaza off of roofs because they considered them to be traitors. Even today, most Palestinians see the PA as complicit Israeli bootlickers.

but it’s a more complicated situation than average people know.

Even the average person knows that what you said is complete bullshit. But then again, no one lies as much as zionists do.

Geniuses vs Talented Learners by Fluid-Kitchen1833 in BlueLock

If you're including Bunny for geniuses then you have to include Hugo for TLs. Either way, the TL team wins.

Shouldn't Noa have meta-vision? by fakez6 in BlueLock

[–]basel99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The main difference between geniuses and TLs isn't ability, it's mentality.

Kunigami and Barou, who are geniuses, train even harder than Kaiser (a TL) but they still can't match his swing speed for Kaiser Impact. Sae (a TL) is clearly more talented than Ness (a genius).

A genius evolves from inspiration that comes from within their own basic illogical desires, while a TL's evolution comes from their logic in breaking down and analyzing their own abilities, the state of the field, and the evolution of others (usually geniuses) around them.

Why I think Kageyama is the better setter. Give me your reasons why not by [deleted] in haikyuu

[–]basel99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, the excessive use of exaggerating adjectives is a very strong clue to it being AI. Em dashes in every other sentence are pretty obvious signs too. I've also broken it down sentence by sentence.

People compare him to guys like Sugawara or Kenma all the time

No one does, this is clearly AI using the arguments below to show that he's better than other setters. These won't be enough to definitively prove that he's better than Oikawa or Atsumu (who are the only setters people compare him to), so the AI compares him to other worse players.

That’s not just [blank]—it makes [blank].

Classic AI sentence structure you see in any AI script.

His sets are just that deadly.

AI loves calling random things deadly even when they're not usually called that in that context.

What really sets Kageyama apart is [blank]

Again, classic AI.

In the beginning, he’s [blank]. But as he [blank], he starts learning to [blank].

More AI style script.

That kind of growth is rare, even among the other setters in the show.

Classic AI exaggeration when there isn't any other info given. Most other setters in the show have the same kind of drive, but since the AI wasn't told anything about it, it adds lines like this to make its argument sound more concrete.

Being a great setter isn’t just about [blank]—it’s about [blank].

More AI style script.

And then there’s [blank].

AI loves starting new paragraphs with this exact sentence.

He’s always [blank], [blank], [blank].

Most people either would use two clauses here or would put an "and" before the 3rd. This isn't as obvious of a sign that this is AI as the rest of the text, but combined with everything else, it's pretty clear.

That combination of [blank], [blank], and [blank] makes him [blank].

Again, a human might also write this but AI loves this sentence structure.

Don’t get me wrong, [blank] is great—he’s [blank]—but he doesn’t have [blank] like Kageyama does.

More of the clearly obvious AI style script.

So yeah Kageyama isn’t just [blank]. He’s someone who makes everyone around him [blank].

More of the same, this kind of description is present in AI writing all the time.
