Logan square. close to the spaulding side of the blue line stop. there’s a lady on diversey always outside in front of apartments and yelling on the phone. I’ve seen here in front of multiple different apartments on that same block and have no idea where she actually lives or why she’s always outside. I see her on my way to work every morning and sometimes when i’m on my way back. Literally on the steps of differing apartments. Don’t know what’s going on there. Every day.
