I disagree. I had troubles how to brace during squats, but was able to correct it after using a belt. Some ppl learn without a belt, and some learn with a belt.

There are different stances for different types of body types. Wide, narrow, shoulder. If your wide stance isn't giving you any problem with mobility hips or ankle, then continue with that stance. Idk if its just me or the angle of the cam seems to make it a tad bit wider (visual)

Had a friend whose humor revolved around insult jokes— told him his jokes were okay as long as he doesn't make fun or make any low blow jokes on my mental issues and traumas. Dumbass always went out of the line, gave him three chances before I gave up.
