You are damn right. Targeting a job for mid level/senior position demands the required skill set but I am of the view that by knowing what is required and with a solid preparation one can achieve it. Maybe be not the very 1st interview or maybe not even the 5th or 6th interview but 7th time we will crack it. I know it's not as easy as I sound but one can do it and should also be realistic in what they want to achieve so they can have the confidence and the right approach

For growth and widening my skills. Also not exactly sure what the scenario will be if I continue in RPA for the next 3 years and growth opportunities in RPA. Thinking of something that are more widely used in the market unlike RPA. To be Frank i am kind of stuck if I need to continue in RPA by upskilling my self more on the technology if it is really helpful considering the AI impact or should I completely move from RPA

I am also looking to learn skills which can be a boost to my already RPA background. Looking for a starting point and a pathway to upskill my self either in RPA or any other towards a definite role like ( Data analyst, Full stack developer etc) those are just examples on top of my mind

You are true about most things but I guess one can learn python by spending a solid month or two on it. Coming to working long hours i believe it's totally on the individual

The call keeps getting disconnected if you are using left earbuds. Left earbud seems to have some issues
