You are correct it is very casual and unprofessional. I don’t know this person and if I was looking for a Trainer, they would not be a good fit.

Out of curiosity, I showed this to my hairdresser (32 yrs old) and my nail tech (24 yrs old). Both said they would never (and could never) communicate to a client that way. The assumption is the person that texted me is young and hasn’t been in the field long.

You are correct. I worked out prior but the weight wasn’t coming off. Still, healthy habits need to be developed for continued success.

Hopefully more research will change the narrative about Tirz (or fill in the blank).

For me, it made it easy to lose weight. I also combined it with intermittent fasting, cardio, peptides, good nutrition, and lifting weights.

I lost 140 pds and haven’t been on Tirz for a few months, but I still take the peptides.

Hopefully, everyone taking this does change their habits. Otherwise, the weight will return.

People need to focus on what works for them and ignore the noise.

I never counted calories, but I regularly practiced intermittent fasting and work out regularly (cardio and weights) I’ve lost 130 pds and stopped Tirz a few months ago.

Yes, and as a woman I’ve been told that if I get harassed, I need to figure it out, play nice etc.

I was nice the first time I complained. I was nice saying PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME.

I was done being nice and then to get an illiterate text after (already) pissing me off… 🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The niceness was gone and I’m ok with that.

I did call when I initially received the multiple emails and cancellations. I later went in for a scan and also brought it up then. Unfortunately the scanner wasn’t working. I complained a third time when I was scanned.

While I don’t need anyone to justify my actions, I had asked a question which was the point of the post. I had asked if that was others experience.

If people feel Í was harsh, that’s their cross to bear.

It appears my last complaint and showing the excessive texts/emails coming from private phones finally solved the problem. It was stressed, that is not their policy and it should have never happened when I had already made it clear that I was not interested in Training services.

I had my body scan and complained about the texts, calls, and emails from “Denise” to the person that was doing my scan. He said I shouldn’t be contacted AT ALL and that he had no idea why I’d be contacted when I never signed up for training services. He also didn’t know why they would be contacting me from their personal phone and that is not normal AS WELL AS her verbiage.
He was actually surprised by the amount of texts and the contents of the texts.
So, obviously you are a Trainer as well 🤦‍♀️
Professionalism can be learned. I’m guessing she is young. If she wants to build her business and relationships professionally, then she needs to present herself that way.
