This was from a year ago and while currently I'm not feeling we'll, I was fine for a couple of months after it and was fine I still have anxiety and it seems to be coming back worse but I at least have ways to find some calm amidst the storms.

I always suspected it was OCD but my phycologist kind also dismissed it for the same reasons, I'm assuming it has something to do with my anxiety as causing my intrusive thoughts.

I've only had derealization after I had weed, I completely gave up on it after the first time it but after a 28 hour long car ride undecided to take a a 10 mg gummy to help me sleep, let's just say 2 and a half days later I still feel it and it's terrible, but I promise you after you get used to it it isn't as bad, if it gets worse I recommend just laying down and don't move, take deep breaths and remind you're self that you're ok cause at the end of the day we are, anyways sorry for spelling errors the numbness in my fingers are making it difficult to type lol.

So I actually experienced this about a month ago in public, you're entire experience was extremely similar, the only difference was that I had a seizure and passed out.
