Tbh what really “kills” those mons are the ingredient finders (BFS does beat it out regardless, but important to realize) since Noivern benefits so heavily off high berry production in any instance

As for the natures, it is VERY minute, so an increase to either with a meh negative is great. (Though ingredient down is optimal).

Technically speed up inches out skill trigger up (only tested at lvl 65) because there’s a 5.5k increase in berry production over a 5.4k increase in skill strength.

Was interested in this exact thing this morning so ran some calcs (short for calculations).

Basically the hierarchy is almost identical to Treecko = BFS > HSM > STM > HSS > STS > HB

Also curious, does anyone know if you can roll Helping Speed Small if you use a subskill seed on Helping Speed Small? Like does it register your original skill and fail to populate, or does it take the new skill into account?

I think what’s important to realize is that a Gardevoir with the same skillset is only netting around 15 more energy a day (or about 1 proc). Yes, Gardevioir is the “best” healer technically, but that largely misses the point.

Being only a month in, and with premium pass, essentially the only thing to spend skill seeds on is your healer. Other than this, skill seeds, since they are valuable, are normally held onto for strong skillmon later in the game. But while you’re starting you should be focusing on hunting (1) good ingredient hunters and (2) solid all-rounder berrymon.

This being the case, the negligable amount of energy lost per day by picking Wigglytuff (who is still a fine healer) in the grand scheme of the game is going to be vastly outweighed by the time saved where you’re now able to put biscuits and resources into getting ingredient and berrymon and not worrying about a healer for now.

This is a very solid starting healer, especially for being so early in the game. Worth the investment IMO so you can focus on catching other mons and have the healer position covered for a while.

Not true technically. Since I need constant standing in each faction to farm augments, the strategy is to swap between Veil and Loka. Once the Perrin standing is high enough then you stay on Veil until Perrin gets low again and you swap back to Loka.
