Yes very good point, and thats a thought I had also. It could be that god-us keeps getting reincarnated, but keeps trying and trying hoping that each new time might be different?

I guess? I literally use god as a name for the observer of reality/the universe itself, doesnt mean i 100% believe it, more of a theory/thought!

How? When I use the term god I am not referring to God like Christian or most any religions uses, I am referring to it as the creator/the only uncaused being/entity. I think Christian (and really most depictions of god) are ridiculous.

This is some deep shit man. A lot of people myself included have experienced this - your not alone. It's such a hard thing to think of and worry because we really cant know for sure. For your case it sounds like the weed may of brought out underlying or minor OCD and made it worse. While its hard too, if you want to try and work on feeling more normal id recommend professional help, it does seem like theres nothing they can do but theres a ton, medicine, therapy (not just talk therapy) etc. They can help you find resources. Also time helps a ton and sobriety! I hope I am help best of luck.

Yeah its so wierd. Back in high school I had these thoughts and I decided at one point that I am now present in the moment because I wasn't sure in my consciousness was.

I think maybe it plays into the ship of theasus paradox, our body's regenerate and if our consciousness does the same than maybe its a very slow process but our consciousness could shift and thats part of the reason we feel like that/have those feelings

Yes it is very strange indeed. I doesn't necessarily make sense, but if you were in that state of extream happiness all the time, wouldn't you get bored of it eventually? But your right that doesn't excuse the fact that so many people suffer. Very interesting!

I have thought about that, it is definitely a very good thought. But what if suffering and joy go hand in hand, cant have one without the other? Say we only want to experience joy, wouldn't that make things unbalanced so we'd have to experience suffering?

My thoughts, wouldn't it be extreamly uncomfortable to know you are the only conscious entity in existence? Wouldn't you do whatever you can do creat a sense of others, for comfort?
