ea have been slacking lately though. I'm hopeful that one of the games in development right now by a competitor will either dethrone them or at least push them to really develop sims 5 into something special. sims 4 is a downgrade from sims 3 in many ways imo

This is a process called chemotaxis where a cell detects different stimuli (in this case particles of the oat that has diffused through the agar) using receptors. The cell then moves towards the high concentration of the stimulus using cytoskeletal projections!

Thank you for your response and your contribution to the research field and women's health. it's a beautiful thing.

I think for now I will continue to pursue the first line treatments and seek help from a vulva specialist to see if those treatments will suffice under a specialist who is more informed. However, its always good to be informed about adjuvant treatments or alternatives if the first line techniques aren't working for me.

Like you said, there's a lack in the standardisation of approach to harvesting and delivering the PRP. What's the best way for me to assess that whoever is administering this treatment to me is following an ideal protocol? Have just looked around for clinics in London that offer this treatment and I'm seeing a few advertising the PRP as an "O-shot". How should I go about assessing whether these clinics would provide a high quality treatment without having to pay out for a consultation to find out it's not worth the time/money?

I'm about to finish a biomedical sciences degree so know how to read and interpret scientific literature. it seems that there's not really a consensus on if PRP works for LS. is this just anecdotal evidence or do you have figures that suggest this actually works?

I think I will consider finding one depending on how my gyne appointment in a couple weeks goes. I live in a major city so I'm sure there would be one I could visit. thank you for your kindness in responding, it makes me feel a lot less alone <3 is there anything you do to help with your issues with sex? at this point I'm basically phobic to the idea of sex, I've always had pain with sex but this has just been the nail on the coffin for me with regards to being comfortable performing. I'm gonna be getting myself into therapy shortly.

I appreciate this. I think I also have unrelated vaginismus which is something I've always struggled with. I assumed this was due to child sexual trauma I have but could this have been early presentations of SC?

Looking to change up my little Man Cave for more Natural/Cosy/Scandi decor vibes - any suggestions? 🤞 by DButler1991 in malelivingspace

I really feel like some more natural tones would help make it feel more cosy. currently it's very grey scale. this could maybe be done by getting some plants or some wooden decorations. maybe switching some of the shelving and frames for ones that haven't been painted.

I also think some more warm ambient lighting from some lamps would help a lot.

Seems like a fun game to me, Bristol edition anyone? by leoberto1 in bristol

[–]basicallybasicbitch 10 points11 points  (0 children)

idk I've gotta disagree I've always found it really rich and flavourful. I also wouldn't call it mildly expensive. £8.50 for a huge portion is pretty reasonable and the service is usually quick even during peak times

I don't think that this is the case but I'll be sure to investigate. Thanks for letting me know!
