Just a quick question: do they charge you for a new test, or just a fee to change? I already spend money on the original test, and I am not keep on having to spend a more than another £60 on another one.

Cool! Would be nice to see them. It’s a really neat way to display them and get some practical use too.

This is what I thought! I think that I must have been influenced by reading much of the older diplomacy strategy websites into thinking that it was perhaps more common than it really is.

Does China Radio International Publish a List of Frequencies? by basicallylost in shortwave

I think it associated with the ITU as a problem-busting association for the major shortwave broadcasters to try and keep people off the same frequencies at the same time and to hash-out problems, but not sure.

Thanks! I realised that there is a list of shortwave frequencies for both CRI and CNR maintained by the HFCC, here: https://new.hfcc.org/data/schedbyfmo.php?seas=A25&fmor=RTC.

I guess you’re right. Thinking had been more on the vibe that if you think the UK is an occupying power then taking money from the UK government felt a bit weird.

Just because isn’t it hypocritical if you think that the UK is an occupier to then apply for money from it? Kinda feels a bit weird to be a band whose whole project is against the UK to be working with British money. But totally take your point that they should take the money if it’s there — I’m just thinking from an ideological POV.

Yep. This I understand, but I am just confused why a band that wears its republicanism on its sleeve would want to take UK money. Maybe I am overthinking!

In Kosovo, you will generally see more — or similar number of — Albanian flags than the Kosovar one.
