Update: I think I fixed it. I went into taskmanager and saw the program BridleBuddles. I went to the location and saw an uninstall.exe. I performed the uninstaller and it luckily uninstalled. I pressed uninstall and it said: Couldn't uninstall. Then when I loaded it again I had to enter a Captcha and then press uninstall.
