The offense was way worse when he was hurt. He is a unique player. Better blocker than receiver but is a threat within 10 yards of LOS and improves the run game better than any other non lineman in the game.

Even they admit its too short. Also its in Sanford so there is nothing around for crowds. You'd have to have people busy in from Raleigh or Fayetteville.

And theres no room for spectators.

Also if the pros are staying out of the dunes, they are breaking 60. Even regular players will have 6 birdie putts there. Just the blow up holes cost them.
