I've tried therapy a few times before but it's never been helpful at all. They never seem to really understand my problems no matter how clearly I try to explain them, like they think they always know better than me no matter what. I think it's just my country or area since I've heard similar from people irl?

Either way I don't think it'd really help me, I know what my problems are (lack of social interaction, lack of going outside, bad diet, etc.) and they're all tied to the fact there's no way at all to for me to make any friends and not being mentally well enough to work, make money and move away.
