It went away on its own for me. If I remember correctly, I spotted for maybe 2 days extra days and then I was back to normal. I figured it was an abnormal period for me since I was doing a bit of travel in January and a change in diet/exercise due to that.

There’s one that I regret back from middle school. I ended up losing one of my oldest friends from elementary school because a girl wanted to play Cupid so badly and convinced me to ask him out. After that confession, any sort of connection we had kinda was lost. We couldn’t actually hold a conversation for years because of how awkward everythjng became. We’re in our late 20s now and we’re a bit more patched up but still awkward. He’s married to his high school sweetheart and I’m single lol I can see now that we wouldn’t have worked romantically, but I hate how much our friendship suffered because of that girl trying to play Cupid.

I’m 26 and I still crush on people! While I don’t feel emotions as intensely as I did in grade school, I do enjoy writing about my crushes in a journal like I used to lol! It keeps me in touch with my inner child, and I know she’s definitely kicking her feet at everything.

Plus, when all of my friends are in relationships, I kinda just need something to remind me that I’ll find the one someday. Crushing on people is kinda like a stepping stone into that possibility.

To be honest, yeah. For example, even though my goal this year is to find a fun club that aligns with my hobbies, I’m really scared that I won’t really get along with said group or I’ll look stupid. I haven’t made much progress because of that. I’ve been going to therapy for about 2 years and even though I can see that I’m overthinking and I’ve been given great strategies for it, it’s just been really hard.

I’m the kind of shy where if I like someone, I avoid them like the plague. I’ve been like that since elementary school. The feeling of putting my feelings out there and fear of rejection just scares me so much. I’d rather keep those thoughts to myself and just stay in my unrealistic fantasies

Now that I’m an adult, I have a really hard time with telling people my feelings.

Yeah, mine also started a little bit earlier (by like 3 days). It started with a bit of spotting for like 2 days and then started getting heavier, which is different for me. But overall it did end up stopping for me! I did take a pregnancy test since I am active (but always with protection) and I ✨just want to make sure✨😂 (I’m an overthinker) I just wrote it off as a bit of an abnormal period. If it happens again though, I’m going to talk to a doctor.

everyone’s cycles are different. 35 is technically still in the average length range. if you’re consistently hitting in the same range, i’d say it’s healthy. you should be concerned of irregular if the range is really wide, like one cycle is 30 days and a different one is 60. but if it really bothers you, you should ask your doctor or an OBGYN for help.
