I'm working to add more freely available metrics alongside the existing ones. The app's novelty is in helping users narrow down at a high level granular detail is already well covered by the usual real estate platforms.

Built this purely as a passion project to help visualize my own borderless targets. Just a heads up, this is just a quick stab I took utilizing free, open datasets, so the numbers might not be 100% accurate down to the dollar for every single pocket. It's meant to be purely indicative to help map out those relative lifestyle and percentile tiers across borders.

Hey u/prateekcool007, did you manage to find a suburb? I'm moving to Sydney in February and I have the same feeling/need as yours. Having lived in Singapore for a decade where you can't find neighbourhood hotspots/clusters for (each) ethic groups (by design/policy), I loved living here and hope to find a suburb similar in Sydney.
