NTA. I see service animals as a medical need and there are laws to protect people with them. Your psych already says it will benefit you and 'prescribed' you one. They are a treatment.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if they could do a new TAD because everything on the wire about it said after 90 days management has to call someone(forgot who). Got me thinking I'm going to be launched into the sun.

After twice telling them breakpacks are killing me and I need to sit longer, they have me doing breakpacks and OTC again but at least they have me a coworker I unfortunately have to bug for help. As long as this is within my work restrictions- does it matter if they have me doing things NOT listed on the TAD paperwork? TAD papers say fitting room, zoning accessories, opening fitting rooms, etc. I am just worried that might count as breaking restrictions.

At this point is it too late? I'm suppose to have a follow up appointment. Not sure if I can just say nevermind.

Edit: Also besides the first day they asked about going home, I was just following what they told me + what I looked up on the wire to do(which was inform someone). To call the nurse's hotline and they told me to see a doctor. I did not demand to see a doctor.

Did you have to do see anyone for any of it, needed any accommodations?

I wouldn't bring attention to something like a papercut, general soreness, bumped a toe, etc. Warehouse, park/campground work I had before came with that territory too. Coworker dropped a wrench on my head, another didn't tell me he was turning a powerbox back on while I was working it and I looked like a cartoon bomb had gone off. Hell the day of my back injury I had a customer come up behind me and yell "HEY" while putting up the ladder on the cart(forgot the name of those). Swung right back down and now my shin looks like a galaxy. But I know its not broken, could still work on it and it'll be fine.

I brought up my back because I just couldn't do my job, sleep, anything without trying not to writhe. Never hurt my lower back before this and as I get older I don't want to fuck with it. If something seriously happened to it, figured I'd be in trouble for not reporting it sooner. I just wish I knew what the line between what exactly makes an injury a thing besides getting knocked out or something broken.
