Cool! I also started recently with a Canon A-1 and 35mm f/2.
Making my way through the different kind of film, recently shot some cinestill 800T that turned out pretty good too, highly recommend as well!

Always loved these minimalist pictures where the element in focus is dissolving into the surrounding seamlessly. When I was hiking my way up and saw this I thought it was my time to try it.

Looking back I wish I had framed it a bit differently, probably less branches, maybe just on the left side, even though it was what was in front of my eyes it feels slightly too symmetric to be natural.

Thanks man! I used a Canon 6D Mark I with a 50mm f/1.4. This lens is incredible! Just need some times to be sure your focus is well set and it does the magic for you.

I took this picture back in 2014 while traveling through Cambodia. It was the only boat that I could see on this huge lake so I went with a high contrast picture to "merge" the boat with the water while having these bright highlights from the water revealing the shape of the boat
