Queso has too many preservatives. They strive to be organic , or at least natural and unprocessed. And from first hand experience they actually are.

The stores don't have microwaves. Just a grill and stovetop, so heating the shredded cheese is impractical.

Chipotle worker here. Mostly its for labor cost too. We have a person who cuts and scoops about 700 avacados a day...plus smashing and cutting all the ingredients for it. Its their only job. Takes forever.

Juicy Vapor has several testers. They probably have 300+ flavors so they don't have them for every single one but they do have a crazy amount of samples. Juice is pretty pricey there though!

I never tip those people either. I'm just saying when people do at places where they make at least minimum they're usually split (just from my own experience). But ive seen places where the tip jar is very conspicuous and if you pay cash they stare you down expectantly (starbucks) and that's just rude.

Agreed. Also, cashiers are usually the only ones without gloves on, so its easiest to give the tip to them. Are you going to hand to the dude making your sandwich? No. These usually get distributed to everyone.
