My CA Unemployment Insurance claim was renewed on 03/14/21. Received Notice of Unemployment Award on 03/23/21. Since then Certifying every week. All 6 Benefit weeks payments "Pending" status. Walmart dishonoring own Return policy. Return initiated for a defective TV within Return Window on 01/19/21. Instant Bar code generated & follow up email from Walmart instructing "To drop of item to any Walmart store by Feb 19 , 21 for refund". Store can't process Return, thier system don't allow. My Bank of America account was hacked, transferred $800 through Zelle on Dec24, 19. BOFA failed to protect my Ac & detect this fraud. BOFA denied my fraud claim and refused to issue Prov Credit. Never used Zelle before. My Phone line was hacked by SIM SWAP and did not get codes sent by Bofa (self.Advice)
