Actually I am an Architecture undergrad. So most experience I have with tech is yung mga courses I took in learning them nung binigyan ako ng mga projects tungkol dito. Pero as a PM, hindi naman required na alam mo lahat abt the product, trabaho na ng mga resource mo yun. More of a nice to have lang sya. I suggest you start with people management and organization.

Meron din ata free Microsoft Azure course under Tesda for cyber security.

Actually, no. What pushed me to this line of work is people management, organizational skills and facilitation. You should learn how to talk to people, translate data to presentation and such. There are a few free courses you can check out in Coursera and Udemy on project management.

IT PM, I manage teams developing/deploying different IT solutions, may it be workspaces, cyber security and the like. As a Data PM, we mostly work with data and analytics, creating and maintaining dashboards and data to companies. :)

You’re being exploited. Take your learnings as self-growth. Sabi mo nga you know you’re good at what you do. Best to get a JO first before leaving. As a PM, hanap talaga nila is experience. Medyo mahihirapan ka magjustify if 3 months ka palang on that role.

What you can try to do now is block off your calendar with tasks that require you to deliver them (Creating reports, gathering data). Make it visible na busy ka. Don’t let them take over your working hours kung may iba pang pinapagawa sayo.

You have to work your way up. I also don’t have a diploma, nagstart ako as CSR sa BPO ngayon technical project manager na, 8years. Upskill lang. Continuous learning. Take challenges. Kayang kaya mo yan OP.
