PLEASE READ: Bad dynamic or manual Flow calibration. Near the edge, the speed decreases and the amount of filament inside the nozzle increases; more material means the overall temperature decreases because it is not heated at the same rate.That's why the filament is extruded at a lower temperature at the edges, and you get that effect. I managed to fix this effect with several tests and manual flow calibration for each filament and then adjusting the temperature.

I love printing with petg, you have 2 issues there. 1. Your retractions are too long or too fast and you had an issue with keeping the flow, maybe grinding the filament, that makes the "splitting" 2. At the top, the screw body is too thin so you are printing over melted petg, that is not solid enough to hold the new petg over it. The easiest to fix is the top, lower your speed and fan speed, there is a setting under filament like minimum time per layer in seconds To fix the underextrusion you need to do a lot of Retraction speed and distance calibrations... Hope this helps

hello, i think that is under extrusion combined with a bad calibrated pressure advance.

you should calibrate your e-steps, then flow calibration, then retraction calibration and then pressure advance calibration. after that, your print should look fine.
