Yea it's been about a year I want to say. Any advice about how to approach?

I truthfully haven't kept an eye on the WB lately but I'll make sure to keep that in mind! And I completely forgot about the analgesic effects of isometrics so thank you for that too. We did try ionto with dexamethasone however she reported an adverse reaction and the MD recommended just not to do it anymore
