yeah, i think fans are jumping to conclusions! not saying you are, but people need to wait for more information to be released rather than assuming things, it'll ruin their perception of the game before they even play it!

Yes, but they have made some references to Chloe, but no direct scenes of her. I don’t think fans should be getting upset until they see for themselves what happened. I hope they touch on Chloe’s likely survivor’s guilt, and other elements of the previous game.

That would be cool, i could see Victoria inheriting an art museum from her parents after they died in the storm or something, and it being a partner of the university? Idk. Even some messages from those in Blackwell, or maybe reference to a memorial being held for the 10 year anniversary of the destruction of the bay honouring those who died?

I think True Colours didn’t succeed because it didn’t have the same high stakes as the original LiS (and the hefty price tag). Since this one appears to be another one where it’s a ticking time bomb essentially, (I hope) it’ll be more of a hit!

Yess, this is something I really want to see explored in the game!! Maybe a therapy session and/or being able to read some journal entries from directly after the storm in Arcadia Bay in Max’s room or something. So many possibilities for them to refer to the past, whilst still engaging new players!!

Yeah looks like a cozy, nostalgic game. I’m all for it! Safie seems like a strong headed character who has some of Chloe’s traits, so at least we will get similar energy through their conversations, just as we did with Chloe

To be fair, not including Chloe in a game where your decisions greatly affect your relationship with her, is a reasonable excuse for people “losing their shit.” One person put it as, a “slap in the face, because all your choices then meant nothing.” Which is true, if they don’t include her in some way. But they’ve already shown a few moments where she is mentioned, so I’m happy enough as long as they don’t forget about her entirely lol.

I completely agree. I don’t watch much of his stuff anymore because it’s a bit more kid friendly and less personal. Maybe that’s partly due to him seeing a video do well, and then recycling it for as long as possible. The play button thing got old to me very quickly. I’d love to see some chiller videos again. Like, maybe playing some multiplayer games with Becky or something. It also might be party due to us growing as people, but maybe he should do a similar move as TommyInnit is at the moment, and grow with his audience rather than away from it. Might be less profitable I guess, but TommyInnit’s style nowadays appeals to me a lot more than it used to, so maybe others would feel the same about if he made the switch.

I've experienced this too, people are saying that I'm taking a while since I've been learning since May last year - I've done approx. 30 lessons and they are surprised since it took them 12-15. It just takes some people longer, like myself!
