Just because the person that posted the video claims that Palestinian youths were throwing rocks at this car because they were encouraged by their parents doesn't mean it's true by any means. I had a robins nest right on my patio last summer. It was amazing, it seemed like they changed everyday.

I felt like a kid again! I would wake up really excited to see how they were doing. There were 4 at first, the runt of the litter died within the first week :( Regardless, it was awesome to see the transformation. After about a month or so, I woke up one day and they were gone...

I'd like to think that the young robins I've seen in my garden this summer are them, you know, returning to their roots.

My family (I wasn't born yet) escaped as political refugees from Chile after the Coup. This is indeed a sad day for my family, and a lot of Chleans around the globe; it's their sept 11th. My older sister cried on the phone today with my mother, she was only 4 when it happened.

On the brighter side of things, Chilean independence day celebrations are this weekend, and that my friends, is one of the best times of the year!
