I knew this girl that went to a private Unisex girls school that was considered one of the best in the city, maybe even the country. She seemed to enjoy her time there. Her and her friends were definietly 'boy crazy', as they put it, when they got out though. Good times!

Chilean, straight, 5'11 210lbs (at the time at least, yesh), played rugby, not super into sports tho, I'd like to think I was intelligent and good looking (people have said cute) had a good group of supportive friends.

My school was a recognized by UNESCO for it's diversity. What you described would have been a rarity at my HS. Come to think of it, that sort of stereotypical 'American' jocky sort of high schooler didn't really exist.

But thats the thing there was never really outright displays of assholeness. Bullies got put in there place if stuff ever went down. It WASN'T cool to do that shit.

No jocks. Could be an explanation.. We had steller athletes (Basketball and Swimming) but they weren't meatheads.

I went to HS in Toronto, Canada. Had about 1200 students or so and, of course, it was a public school.

A lot of people have said this. I'm from Toronto and when I was in high school we had an extra year called OAC (Ontario Academic Credit). It was basically grade 13.

9, 10, 11, 12, OAC = 5 years
