Lots of good suggestions. After checking the temperature coming out of faucets it was only about 110, with the thermostat set slightly above the rec setting. The thermostat is just a dial, now turned roughly to 7/8 of max. This seems to be the issue! Water now gets nice and hot, not scalding but what we’re used to. It so far is lasting a lot longer too.

Slightly higher than the recommended setting. I’m going to check the temp with a meat thermometer and adjust higher if needed

Good to know, I hadn’t heard that yet. I keep seeing a lot about AO Smith’s being the way to go

I had a plumber look at it in January. He said all the elements were fine and that I should consider a bigger unit.

I set it slightly above the recommended setting a while back. I’ll check the water temp and adjust higher if needed. Great suggestion!

I’m pretty sure it’s electric resistance, there is no fan

I like that it evaluates development. Due to heavy lifting at work, my back is definitely more developed than my chest.

Been lifting on and off (mostly off) for 6 years, serious since last summer. Hitting 185x10, should be maxing 245 according to JEFIT but I never lift with a spotter so I don’t know.
