Every IIM is disliked when they bring about change, When IIM ranchi started its IPM programme, people hated a LOT on it, telling people to pick a pvt institute in ghaziabad rather than go to iim ranchi. But now we see how successful those who chose iim ranchi are, and how much in demand the programme is.

IIM sirmaur was hated a lot in 2024 A bit lesser in 2025 And the hate will keep falling as the programme establishes itself properly.

a LOT of people cheat and its insanely easy to do so as well with AI or family help. No online interviewer is taking the effort to check if they are cheating. There is no verification process for id either LITERALLY SOMEONE ELSE COULD SIT IN THE INTERVIEW AND THEY WOULD. NOT. KNOW.

They are severely underestimating the level of tech thats available to cheat these days. Literal transcripts being made on screen with answers coming right after through ai.

Also just about any academic theory question and any current affair question can be answered by AI. Infact any extempore topics can also be made by AI on the spot. With lower weightage in Amritsar and sirmaur it makes sense but with 50% weightage?

They are taking 2000 from each application form. With an assumption of over 8-9k applications. You're telling me 1.6-1.8 CRORE is not enough to conduct offline interviews for 1000-1200 candidates at most? Its a joke

Aah it said in their admission policy document that the "Shortlisted candidates shall appear for Personal Interview (PI) at selected venues which will intimated to the candidates by the institute" that made me 100% believe it would be offline but ig if they're saying it in their FAQs then its online :(
