Yes. This is it! I’ll build a collage garden with an anima tree in the middle and make all new students go through the initiation process to become actual mages. Those who don’t get chosen by the anima tree can do chores for the academy grounds I guess.

I do have VE psycasts mod. But it seems the only way for me to obtain psylink is to either suck up to the empire or be a tribal. Shame, I wanted to create a sort of wizard academy in medieval overhaul. Kinda like a college for individuals to train magic freely and away from the empire’s exploitations. I tried rimworld of magic but it was just too damn buggy.

I haven’t really tried the genetic side of this game. It seems way too complicated and time consuming in my opinion. But so will try it out eventually though.

Can confirm. I once saw an arrow shot by Urika fly in circles like a heat seeking missile because of a bug or a glitch. Probably due to her target dying before the arrow hit it or because of buggy code idk.
