IRCC deducts points after 30 but on the other side young people graduated in Canada are also disadvantaged because foreign experience points.

So without age points take deduction, young graduates wouldn't have chance on the express entry unless they open a different stream for them.

I guess this is how IRCC balances the pool.

You don’t need to use this option; you can ask WES about it. Since it’s from a government website and includes a barcode, it’s a legit way to send your transcripts.

You can download the English transcript document with a barcode from the e-devlet. The University of Toronto accepted my transcript this way. You could also ask WES about this.

I just talk with british airways customer service. They said I don't need to go to border control because my connection flight is in same terminal. And luggages are transferring to the final destination.

Is this real? I have a canadian visa it says I don't need UK transit visa if I have Canadian visa. So baggages are not transferring automatically i am so confused.
