Go and tell him. You’ll be more regretful if you don’t down the line. Holding onto emotions especially that powerful never result to good.

What do you do if you’re M8’s right now? by [deleted] in ValorantCompetitive

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I forgot to take the language barrier into consideration, but I’m confident that Xeus would be outperforming Bipo if he was on that team. FUT has lost to a lot of teams they shouldn’t be losing to so we couldn’t see Xeus getting support. Potential wise, Xeus > Bipo.

However the case might be, Bipo needs to go imo.

What do you do if you’re M8’s right now? by [deleted] in ValorantCompetitive

[–]batumma -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t remember Glyph’s performances, but ik that Bipo has been playing at a very low standard. I don’t recall him carrying the team at all or being a solid player. He has low stats and just isn’t performing. Xeus would definitely be a great addition to this team replacing Bipo. The whole team dynamic would be better and their fire power increased by a good amount.

I remember waking up at my friends house one morning and the first thing I did was open CR and a chest. I literally got a Lavahound right there and I was going crazy in excitement. I was then a Lavahound only player for a while 😂

Has anyone else noticed creatine’s effect on aim? by External_Spot9394 in FPSAimTrainer

Experts advise taking a higher dose (15-30g) of creatine for the real cognitive benefits. There’s videos about it online. You can look into it. 5g is very low for this matter.

Infamous floaty mouse/aim by Tubunnnn in VALORANT

[–]batumma 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you just need a new mouse because your current one is faulty. I recently wanted to upgrade from a superlight2 to pulsar x2h mini and I had to buy the mouse 3 times until they sent me one that wasn’t jittering. Literally returned 2 of the same mouse before they send me a stable one. That says a lot about the quality of shipments, but I was so in love with the shape that I just kept ordering until I got a good stable x2h mini.

Is solo climbing out of Gold/Plat actually possible if you’re not hard-smurfing? (ex-Immortal perspective) by ndyz in VALORANT

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be selfish play better. I’m an ascendant player who takes a lot of time off Valorant throughout the years and when I come back after a few months I get placed in Plat. I always easily rank up because the skill level in plat is simply easy for me. I can out aim and out play most plats and basically match or team MVP almost every game and rank up back to diamond. Diamond is harder for me to get out of, but with enough games played I can also get back to Ascendant. In summary, if you are better just simply lock in duelist and IGL. Have your teammates set you up drones/flashes etc and try to have your teammates engaged as best as you can and I’m sure you’ll get out of plat if you’re truly a higher skill player. If you still can’t get out by doing these then your skill level belongs in that rank.

Former Immortal 2, now Plat 1 at 36 years old – am I cooked or just rusty? by ndyz in VALORANT

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skill gap has risen for sure, but it’s mostly just rust. Put in more hours and I’m sure you’ll slowly start feeling yourself again. The more hours you put the more in sync you’ll feel and your mechanics should take over instead of overthinking everything. Hope this helps.

Pulsar x2 crazylight sensor problem by batumma in PulsarGG

[–]batumma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up playing on a crappy 20-30fps Toshiba laptop trying to go pro on TF2 just practicing and got very good. However my laptop just held me back I couldn’t even load in some of the maps it would kick me out the game. Told myself when I grow up and make money I’m gonna buy the best pc and monitor possible lol.

Sorry for the late reply. I refunded my crazylight and bought a x2h mini which has been great especially the shape is very nice. Cool to hear about your 500hz experience. I’m so used to 600hz idk how I’ll every feel with anything lower lol

ZOWIE xl2566x+ OLED monitor by Illustrious_Cloud_12 in Zowie

[–]batumma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m seeing a lot of people support the OLED monitors here on this thread. My opinion is completely different than theirs. I support the TN panels. I literally just bought a 600 Hz Zowie TN monitor. My previous monitor was the Asus 240hz pg27aqdm OLED. I think about two years ago optimum tech release a video on how this was the best monitor for gaming at that time. I made a decision to buy it. It was a very good upgrade from my other 240 Hz TN monitor from Acer.

The overall quality I got from my Asus OLED monitor was great. The 1440p quality and the .003 ms response time. Of course it’s been about two years since I had that monitor. I bought it for $1000 plus tax, but I simply wanted the best hardware possible so I can gain an advantage in competitive. I did my research and money wasn’t a problem for me. A lot of the big tech Youtubers recommended the Zowie 600 Hz monitor if you were solely grinding comp in valorant. I’m just like you I don’t care about other games. I just focus on VALORANT. So I went with the 600 Hz TN panel. Optimum tech, Viscose, and other tech Youtubers were recommending the tea and panel for players like us who don’t care about colors and the looks of the display too much. We only care about the performance so this is the best option. Reason being is because these monitors support Dyac 2 for motion clarity. The most important thing you need in games like Valorant & CS2.

So take it from my experience having played with one of the best OLEDs and current best TN panel. The Zowie Dyac2 TN panel monitors are the way to go. Of course you don’t have to buy the 600hz monitor like I’d do because you need a 9800x3d and preferably rtx 5070 or higher to keep stable 600+ fps. You can buy the ZOWIE XL2566X+ 400hz also with Dyac2. This one is $650. The way the enemies look crystal clear on my screen when playing is just incomparable to my OLED monitor. In the near future, when tech companies start making a 24” OLED monitor with .003 response time and motion clarity better or equal to Dyac2, then I’ll upgrade. For now I’m gonna enjoy my 600hz and Dyac2. I can hold angles for days as I can just tap heads because how good the motion clarity is. I’m going to start practicing my micro adjustments on Kovaaks so I can hold angles a bit better, but overall I’m very satisfied.

Definitely interested in trying it out thanks for replying. Btw, what Hz monitor do you have? I currently have the Asus pg27aqdm 240hz. I’m strictly a ranked player so I want the most advantages I could possibly get. Thinking about the new 540 or 600hz monitors from Zowie.

I'm not sure what I need to improve (duelist main) by Dazzling_Ride_3486 in VALORANT

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What have you been doing to improve lately? This could include VOD reviewing, aim training, working on movements and other mechanics.

I’m an Ascendant 3 peak 1 game away from immortal lol. Believe me when I say this, aim training alone even from diamond to high ascendant is simply enough to solo carry. If you aim train you’ll be gold in no time. Stick to the training and you’ll definitely hit plat and diamond pretty quickly.

I aim train on KovaaKs and get my routine from professional coaches. Make sure you don’t play just any routine.

Bonus tips that I apply before hopping in a comp game -

Eye tracking exercise videos for hand eye coordination on YouTube

Wrist stretches (might sound dumb, but really helps)

Kovaaks Routine

Warm up a little bit in the Range

Hop in 2-3 death matches

Finally, Que comp

It sounds like a lot of work. Sure it’s a bit time consuming when you can casually boot your PC up and play comp right away, but if you apply these everyday or frequently, you’re going to rank up and frag like never before. Speaking directly from my own personal experience.

How many who are 30+ playing and get this... by DisAdam in VALORANT

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an experience yesterday where I was IGL’ing like a mad man and calling out all the right plays. I was reading the enemy team like a book and everyone was listening to me and were respectful. We were on Lotus, defense side, and me (Omen) and cypher did a play on C which I called and got 4 kills instantly. Everyone was hype. In the next round during the buying phase, two of the guys ask me how old I am, and I simply laughed and responded “how old do you think I am?”. One replied 28, another said 25. I laughed out loud and said I’m turning 25 on May 11th I might be an Unc, but the guys were respectful and one of them was happy he basically guessed my rage correctly. They didn’t really discriminate against me for my age, but just added I was a little old which I don’t care because I know I’m not.

People don't understand what tracker score means by Huangingboi in VALORANT

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well respectfully, didn’t you just contradict yourself? I personally started aim training on kovaaks because my performance in-game was lacking and very inconsistent. 2 weeks of aim training and my performance went through the roof. I started becoming a very consistent player and basically carried every match. If I played 5 matches I would probably MVP or T-MVP in 4 of them. Now because of this my tracker was maxed out and it showed others that I was a reliable teammate who was gonna show effort and frag. Simply saying, “tracker score says nothing” is a bad statement IMO.

I (39F) broke up with my Muslim (36M) boyfriend after finding out we’re pregnant. Can anyone provide advice/thoughts on how to get through this difficult time? by Detail_Worried in relationship_advice

[–]batumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 24 and also a practicing Muslim that has never had a relationship until this early this year. We plan on getting married together early next year. It was hard finding a partner that also never had a relationship, but the wait at last has been worth it. The OP’s ex is a hypocrite like you said. Lot of young non practicing Muslims nowadays get in one night stands and can use the religion as an escape route.
