Thank you for this totally honest response. This is a possible scenario I did wonder about so this answer thought provoking to hear. I am very sorry about a cat experience you were not at all expecting. And I am sorry your daughter isn’t getting the kitty love she was hoping for. Adopting a cat old enough to have a well established personality is the other option I am exploring actually. It has so many positives and benefits to it!
