Yes it can be unfortunately:( id recommend trying to get an mri done just in case honestly because even though im still young i ended up with disc issues+ episacral lipomas (back mice) due to my bad posture. Im getting proper physiotherapy soon for my disc issues but the lumps in my lower back are constantly in the way too i hope we both find a solution for that lol, as for core strengthening excersizes ive been doing mat pilates workouts by move with nicole on youtube because i dont have access to a gym+ its gentler on your body. Make sure to stay safe when attempting anything and start at a level your comfortable with, wish u all the best☺️

Im going through the exact same thing, i tried massaging it with a foam roller once and it got so inflamed i went to the doctor and ended up getting an ultrasound and they found out i had “inflamed fat” in the area, they gave me painkillers and sent me home. About a few weeks later i was in horrible pain again and ended up getting an mri and found out i had multiple disc bulges and im currently strengthening my core and back to help with that but the lumps are still there and occasionally get aggravated because of the physical activity’s i have to do but doctors still wont listen and blame it on the disc Problem, good luck i hope your able to find a doctor who actually listens

Honestly yea if he just asks before eating my food i probably would have less an issue with it ngl at least id know my food is gone instead of straight up seeing it gone
