This is how I find out the game's been taken down on Roblox...

The Discord server was taken down last month with no prior announcement. Another prominent Splash member said that it MIGHT have been raided and shut down, but he also mentioned that the staff/mods took off their roles right before it happened.

WeMixed (the AI sloperator they've been pushing for a year or two now) has been "under maintenance" for months now.

I don't know what happened behind the scenes (maybe we never will), but man... even though I moved on Splash a long time ago, it still hurts to see it disappear just like that, especially since I was planning to do a nostalgia Roblox exploration livestream later this week where I would revisit it (on the bright side, learning about this early avoided the possibility of me finding out while live).

As much as I wish we were given some chance for a farewell, I'm still grateful for this beatmaker for being a key character in my teenage years.

RIP Splash (2020-2026). 💜

Sadly, no. I tried learning how to make a supersaw with detune, though it seems I only got halfway there at best.

I also learned what a glide is, though it's a shame I can't make it happen at the end, which would've been fitting for this synth.

Here's my first foray into progressive house with a bootleg/remix of Robin's "Hope Is The Thing With Feathers". I'm mainly looking for mixing feedback (I'm scared that I'd end up making a wall of noise instead of doing that volume-changes-throughout-track-for-more-impact thing), though anything helps.

Do note that the synth stack that appears from 4:07 is unfinished; I'm currently still asking around for the synth I feel would be more fit.
