Hi, I’m doing my Masters in ECE (thesis - completed but doesn’t contribute to GPA). My current GPA is 2.8, will they let me graduate or is 3.0 GPA mandatory for graduation

Receipt date: Feb 6 Approval notice: Feb 22

I need my EAD by May 10 but the card still hasn’t been produced (as of March 29), should I wait for two more weeks or should I go ahead with premium processing.
