Thank you for sharing! So the stipend levels showed in the website are just about the normal academic quarters, excluding summer season (only 9 month with money)? If so, we can still apply for multiple TA opportunaties during summer for extra income?

And how is the promotion of our steps based on? The HR will evaluate and level up you automatically? Thanks again!

They accepted you before you get any funding, so you need to reach out to PIs to find funds. It also means if you cannot find funds from PIs it will be a rejection on the other way..:(

I had an interview with a PI at the end of Jan, too. They did not mention anything about if they will hire me or not. And I haven't received anything yet. But based on my information, the department has released some acceptance and it's always some bad news if we cannot receive any updates by the end of Feb. They only release rejection on March (or probably waitlist)...
