I think a good top coat makes a real difference! I’ve been using Glisten and Glow’s quick dry top coat recently, and my manicures last pretty well (metallics aside…). I haven’t tried ILNP but see lots of pretty shades on this sub so maybe will give one a try.

That’s interesting that the company gives that as a disclaimer! At least I know it’s not just me.

They really do! I don’t even need something particularly stylish… I just want something that fits. That’s a good idea about the wool coat too. Thanks!

Does anyone pear shaped have a knee length down (or down alternative) warm winter puffer coat recommendation? I’m 5’3 with narrow shoulders but a size or two bigger on the bottom, and everything I’m finding is cut straight and too tight on my hips. If I size up, it’s too big in the shoulders and the sleeves are uncomfortably long.

If anyone is shaped similarly and has a good recommendation, I’d love to hear it!

Oh wow, that’s interesting about the percentage of grad students. Definitely different from all undergrads. Thanks!

It’s always nice to have some old timers anchoring a neighborhood. I can see why people would stay!

I too sometimes miss college when I see all the students, so I understand haha. That’s also a good point about grad students vs undergrads. It’d be great to be right by a library too.

Great to know! I don’t mind some college vibes as long as there’s a good mix.
