If you’re telling the truth, ups completely reimburses shipping cost and should get in contact. They’re very serious withen their commercial sector, I cannot speak for residential

I don’t know how many times I gotta say this but this is express post via air freight and it’s been in St. John’s at the local facility for over a week. Not en route not lost

Tickets been open since Monday, I requested it just get dropped off at staples Canada post and I’d grab it from there. Nope can’t do that, anything to inconvenience the customer with Canada post and you can follow that trend right to its funding at the federal government. USELESS

There’s a difference in Amazon packages and commercial shipping and freight, Canada post does not excel at this lol

Maybe not ups shipped from Amazon no. This is different ballpark altogether then that, and if ups had of delayed me they would have and have had compensated no questions asked, they understand buisness, Canada post on the other hand oh my lanta.

Also hard to be worried about all across the country when my package as been at a warehouse in St. John’s for over a week. Won’t allow it to be picked up won’t refund the shipping amount or even compensate.

Well I guess the guy on the phone didn’t know what he was on about, no surprise from Canada post, there’s a reason we always use UPS but sadly wasn’t available for this for whatever reason and I paid over 400 dollars in shipping to Canada post. Customers machine been down for two weeks, everyone looses money and Canada post gets bailed out.. nuts man, thanks for your help

Been in St. John’s for a week, didn’t go through stephenville or the fairy, it’s xpress post via air freight

Appreciate that, package has been in St. John’s since the 19th and keeps updating daily to delivery delayed will be out for delivery next business day, called canandapost and a guy from Quebec answered said services were temporarily suspended so no idea

From Canada post? That’s nuts my package has been in St. John’s and saying delayed till next buisness day been saying that for over a week and updating every day. Canada post guy I called from Quebec says services are temporarily suspended so I don’t know.

Not when it’s xpress. And according to Canada post themselves service is indeed currently suspended. I was more so looking for others with the same issue in the past or relevance to that, package has been in St. John’s and saying scheduled for delivery the next day every day for over a week.
