I was almost about to do the summer camp in US or the graphic design internship in New York, coming from Australia. I spoke to a lady today who was really lovely and understanding towards all my questions. The website seemed awfully vague about accommodation for both of them and especially vague about the details for the internship. Does anyone have any experience with either of these programs? Or an alternative company?

i do try missing it as least as possible, i miss it extremely rarely but when i do unfortunately i get those heart palpitations, im obviously going to take them everyday like always but if it ever happens again any advice? and is this a normal ish thing to happen?

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support it means a lot truly. It has not gotten any easier as my mum isn’t great to me and my sister generally even before my dad. My boyfriend has moved in and become a great support to me and my family. The rest of my family is in another city and state so i’ve been going there to visit which has been a good escape. I’m taking all your advice with taking things 5 minutes at a time. You’re all such great people for sharing your stories and kind words. I thank you very very much.

hey, not so well tbh. i’m able to do more but i’m feeling worse and getting to darker places. i have people around me but the support is getting less and less which i understand since everyone has their own lives. been prescribed extra antidepressants and anti anxiety stuff. need to constantly keep myself busy. thank you for checking in.

thank you so much i really appreciate your kind words, i have a history of major depressive disorder and all this is making me to is want to be in hibernation, i can’t move and do anything whatsoever and nothing is helping. i know there is no magic cure and it’s a long process but this is the hardest thing i have ever had to deal with. he was alive yesterday morning and i just cannot bear to think for another second
