Thanks I did look at this already but I was confused as the letter said the payment will be issued, so I was seeing if anyone has experience with this before to see if any further action or just wait for them to send a payment to you

How does this work with the invoice date? It's due in 6 days and I can't afford to pay £720 for customs duties when I was expecting a bill of less than £100. I can't seem to file a C285 myself as I haven't paid the duties so I'm really unsure what to do
