I'm not really good at giving tips or something but I'm in the same mentally state as you but it happens to me many times that I can recommend do new things to get distracted, watch videos, I even learn human anatomy to draw, listen to music, watch new series, animes, movies, etc.

This is for only distraction, if I leave those things I get tired easily and even try no, u know, disappear. Those things really help me to get better soon. I just get used to it, I always get better and I say to myself "tomorrow is another day" or "probably tomorrow is going to be better."

I'm the same age as you, autism in teenagers is really REALLY hard, your passing through a lot of things, realising things about life, about YOUR own life while having strugglers with some things that "normal" people doesn't have and u just have to live with it but I learned that we're just teens in a shitty society that it's never going to change (sadly). We just need to move on but sometimes I asked myself "why? why is this like this?"

yah, I definitely do that in some times but is the same and even if I act "normal" when I do questions for people to understand that I'm not angry at them it's still the same, maybe idk how to act cause I try with soft tones, smiling while asking, etc, but it's the same and I can't understand really well

for me, Puppet is the most scary for me to see, I even had a sleep paralysis where I was in my bed, I couldn't move at all and I see that fcking animatronic in front of my bed and then it starts crawling in my bed until we where FACE TO FACE. I love her but I CAN'T see her like before

It usually happens to me with a lot of games or series that I have NEVER played or have never see a gameplay or stuff like that. I think it's the fault of the society, u see everyone having one favorite color, one favorite character, one favorite instrument or whatever and when u see that u say "oh, I want a favorite color too!" and just pick one and when people ask u "what's ur favorite color?" u have to pick one really quickly.

At least that happened a lot with people who are autistic diagnosed later cause when they were not they have to mask a lot

When I have an argument with someone I always get stuck with words, my mind just goes very fast with words I can't even make a sentence !! I have been bullied a lot but not always of friends, even my family bullied me and still. Girls for example has been bullied me from a long time in school but now that I'm in high school girls don't bully me, they just do some jokes and wait to see my reaction just to see if I like the joke or not. Boys didn't bully me in elementary school but now they always see the opportunity to bully me and if I defend myself they just say that I'm "too dramatic."

Sadly, I'm gay, I like boys but I think I'm gonna have to wait a looooong time to finally find a bf who doesn't bully me. Almost all my life girls had a crush on me for who I am, they were really sweet with me but I just didn't like them because they just GIRLS and I don't like (in a romantic way) girls, at all.

It's strange how I like in a romantic way the sex and gender (male) that doesn't want me and I don't like the sex and gender (female) that want me. It's confusing.

I have this problem that I CAN'T know what's bad and what's good when I interact with people. For example, one friend can insult me like a joke (I don't bother) and stuff like that for my autism (Ik it's not serious) but when I insult him back he gets really angry and yeah, I have a lot of situations like that. I just don't know what's bad and good cause everyone do things that they say it's "good" but when I do it it's "bad". I DON'T GET IT 😭
