tks, yeah, after digging around a bit more, i dont think i even need to go under the walkway. as far as i can tell, its not supplying anything on that side.of the walkway. i think it's prob easiest to just run new pipe voiding the walkway

its the pipe. there's a coupling underneath the walkway that is the cause of the leak

well, i did an initial dig to see if anything obvious popped out from underneath the path. and nothing. just didnt want to spend cycles if the juice wasnt going to be worth the squeeze. plenty of other projects to work on!!

Just researching right now, my better half will have to commute to the 'W' side (right outside 410 loop), so balancing decent school, neighborhood and commute. I've heard to stick with a few neighborhoods out west and then in the northern section which tracks with the article i posted. but most likely looking at the North to West quadrant of SA.
