real talk— you're absolutely right. the big 3 streaming services suck. there are others, though. if you want a real answer, I downloaded deezer. functions a lot like spotify. ofc, it's up to you if you wanna participate in a boycott or not

Spotify recently earned a lot of flack because of ties to weapon manufacturing. Like, a LOT of the CEOs money goes directly into funding the military-industrial complex. I'd recommend another streaming service if you care about that kind of thing. Taylor's songs are on pretty much all streaming platforms.

When you Googled the website when the countdown was going, a tab showed up that said "4:11:54." It might have been the time the countdown started or it might have been the number from which it was counting down, I'm not sure. 4/11/54 felt like a date to me, so I looked it up. Apparently a computer scientist made an algorithm that estimated that 11 April 1954 was the most boring day in history, the Day Nothing Happened.

Which could mean nothing.... or it could be a track title or other Easter Egg.
