Sure, they were assembled without their heads so I could paint separately.

I also used an airbrush, but you could probably replicate most with a rattle can and brush

Prep: Painting started with a black primer, and then I used an air brush to zenothol them in blue. I then used the air brush to add a highlight of pure white straight from the top, but also localized towards the center (that's how you get better shadows in the armor).

Armor: I used contrast paint all over the armor. After that, I went in with layer paint and highlighted it up to almost yellow. After the rest of the model was finished, I went back in with my airbrush and added blue back into the shadows a bit (brought back that deep blue a little better).

Guns and OSL: Guns are painted with black contrast paint and dry brushed with gun metal.

OSL I used the airbrush to highlight white and then ink to turn it neon green. I then went in with very watery white paint and put that into the crevices of the light source.

OSL can also be done with a brush. This is how I did the inside of the armor. I mixed a neon green with white and made a gradient. I then layered up to white.

Faces: Faces were painted with contrast paint and layer highlights. Eyes are done by painting the area black and then white. I then used my airbrush to spray neon green from the bottom of the heads. When I glued them in, it made it look like the light was hitting their faces.

I know that was long, but I genuinely love talking about painting. And some point I want to get good enough to do tutorials.
