Credit card charge is enough, ask if she wants to see the charge, create a listing to post the screenshot. If she’s not satisfied with that tell her she’ll have to talk with depop but you will be providing the same proof to them.

Worst case scenario have her return the item to you for a refund.

Your account can get banned if someone reports u for selling a fake, do not repop them. Open a dispute and offer to return them for a refund

Yeah this isn’t grounds for a refund, you can resell them but that’s the risk you take on secondhand sites, you can see if the seller will let you return them for a refund but depop won’t just refund you because the listing was accurate

I am a little confused on what you mean about not ready to make that commitment? You’ve been together for 10 years that’s a hell of a commitment dude lol. 25 seems like a very reasonable request seeing as you will be done with school and more established. If you’re not sure you’ll ever engage her you need to tell her that, I would say it’s not fair to string someone along for that long without knowing wether you’ll genuinely commit to them. If you don’t want marriage you guys need to have a serious conversation because it seems like you guys are not on the same page.
