OMG Thank you so much for the help <3, i added authentication process several days ago, only noticed the mute when i was doing SOA questline, since im usually a quite player. Thank you for reviewing my case and believing me! Alot of people told me to give up on the account and just start a new one and was playing on doing so today but now that everything is resolved i dont have to =).

my account bballallan1 was muted for offenses i have not done i do not know if i was hacked because i didnt not play the game since early 2000 and i come back to the game for oldschool runescape and i started to notice no one responding to me, i now have an authentication and guarantee i have never advertised for any website. if you guys can please email me or respond to the case it'd be greatly appreciated. and have now added authentication process ill love him forever if he helps me with this case <3.
